Bols Creme de Cassis is a liqueur made from black currants, which grow in the vicinity of Dijon, the capital of Burgundy in France. This liqueur has a sweet, rich and fruity black currant (cassis) flavor with a long-lasting finish. Serve it straight, on the rocks, excellent in cocktails or in any other mixed drink. Most widely used as a mix with white wine, champagne or dry vermouth.
