We cannot ship to: Michigan, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Wisconsin, or Utah

We are able to send only wine shipments to Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming.  

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Alcoholic beverages with more than 70% alcohol content (140 proof), including 95% grain alcohol and 150 proof rum, are not available for purchase. Alcoholic beverages with less than 24% alcoholic content are not subject to hazardous materials regulations. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OVER 24% ALCOHOL (48 PROOF) CAN BE SHIPPED BY AIR. All orders have a $5 handling fee, including 'Free Shipping' items.

Privacy & Security
We believe in your right to privacy. What information do we gather? How do we use it? When you place an order, Liquorama.net needs to know your full name, credit card number and expiration date as they appear on the credit card. We also need your billing address, shipping address, home phone number and email address. This information allows to fill your order, contact you regarding your order, and ship your order to you. Protecting your information: When an order is placed at Liquorama.net, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter into the form before it sends it to us. Disclosure of Personal Information: Liquorama.net will not sell, trade or rent personal information about our customers or visitors to others. We will never willfully disclose any information about any of our customers to any third party without first receiving that individuals permission.

Returns & Replacements
Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, demand for limited supplies will deplete our stock of a particular item. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via e-mail. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped. Any order that is refused or returned after three delivery attempts shall be refunded for the amount of the product ONLY. The shipping charges will not be refunded.

Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance by our company officer. Our acceptance shall not be construed as an acceptance of printed terms and condition on the purchase order from of the buyer, hereunder (Buyer), that are inconsistent with or additional to our terms and conditions, unless specifically in writing by our authorized officer. No sales representative, agent, or employee of our company is authorized to alter, vary, or waive any of these terms and conditions, Such as require the written approval of our authorized officer. All purchases by California residents are subject to California sales tax of 8.75%. All orders shipping into the State of New Hampshire will be taxed an additional 8%, per New Hampshire requirements and all orders shipping into the State of Wyoming will be taxed an additional 12%, per Wyoming requirements and all orders shipping into the State of Washington will be taxed an additional 8.9%, per Washington requirements.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders for immediate shipment will be billed at the price in effect on the date the order is received. Orders specifying future dated shipments may, unless otherwise agreed to, be billed at the price on the date of the shipment. Our prices do not include any present or future sales, use, excise or other municipal, state, or federal taxes. Consequently, in addition to prices specified herein, the Buyer agrees to reimburse us for any and all taxes which may become payable with respect to this transaction. We honor payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Check, Cash, Money Order, and Bank Transfer.

All orders placed on the website will be accessible 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. You will also receive a copy of your order and order status, whenever available.

Shipping Fees

Every order online has a service charge of $5 which also includes items subject to free shipping.

All shipping costs are calculated via UPS and are frequently updated with the latest rates. These prices can fluctuate depending on the circumstances. Shipping cost varies depending on how heavy the items are or if boxes are included.

Shipping Terms

Shipments are processed only on weekdays so be sure to add 1–3 business days of processing time to the transit speed selected.

If you're on deadline or need an overnight delivery please email, call, or make a note in your order.

All bottles are inspected prior to shipping to check for fill-level and quality of labels and packaging. Please note that we do not offer refunds or discounts for damages that occur during transit.

If you want to change your shipping address after your package has been shipped, we may be able to redirect your package if it is within the same state as specified in your shipping information. Call us at (909) 981-9044 or send us an email at contact@liquorama.net and reschedule your package.

Free Shipping Terms

If we carry out a free shipping promotion, the following conditions apply:

  • Free shipping is not available in the following states: HI, AL, AK, MS, or UT.

  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to pre-sale beer and Bordeaux futures.

  • Free shipping does not apply to items ending in 5 or 7 (i.e. $ 9.95 or $ 9.97).

  • Free shipping is through FedEx Ground only.

  • All orders include a $5 service fee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the unopened goods. The cost of returning these orders will be a liability to the customer.

In case we have shipped the wrong product, please call us at (909) 981-9044 or email us at contact@liquorama.net so we can ship the correct product to you as soon as possible and collect the wrong product.

We will request a collection service from UPS, which will then come to your address and collect your package at no charge to you. We will not charge you shipping to replace incorrect orders.

Ordering

All orders have to be approved by our company officer. Our acceptance will not be deemed to be the acceptance of any terms and conditions published on the buyer's form under which it is inconsistent with or added to our terms and conditions unless specifically authorized by our representatives.

No sales representative, agent, or employee of our company is authorized to modify, remove or waive any of these terms and conditions, such as obtaining the written consent of the authorized officer.

All purchases made by California residents are subjected to a California sales tax of 8.75%. All orders sent to the state of New Hampshire will be subject to an additional 8% tax per New Hampshire requirements, all orders shipped to the state of Wyoming will be taxed at 12% per Wyoming requirements, and all orders to the state of Washington will be charged 8.9% in tax per Washington requirements.

When ordering there are some restrictions. You can order from a single bottle up to 120 items at a time. If you have to order more than 120 items, you will need to divide the order into multiple orders.

Please note that it is not a must to create an account with us to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to check the status of your order, check out faster, save shipping addresses, and reorder previous orders.

Delivery

For in-stock items, we offer same-day shipping for most orders, but please allow 1–3 days to process items that may be out of stock or require special order from our supplier.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it usually takes 1–10 business days to arrive. This depends on your location and your chosen shipping method (UPS Ground, Express Saver, 2nd Day). Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees of couriers or Liquorama.

Due to very strict state laws and regulations, an adult signature is required for all alcohol orders. Delivery services require all orders to be signed by an adult over the age of 21. They will not be delivered to the address unless an adult is available to sign the package at the specified delivery address.

The delivery service will try to deliver 3 times. After the third attempt the order will be returned to our wine shop. Non-alcoholic orders such as wine glasses, beer glasses, wine accessories, chocolate, gift carts, etc. do not require an adult signature upon delivery.
