Aged for four months in former whisky barrels of American oak to yield a light touch of wood. This allows the full range of agave aromas and flavors to be delicately balanced with the oak.
- AROMA: Floral notes, spice and fruit intermingled with cut green grass, white tea and jasmine. Subtle oak imparts aromas of soft vanilla and custard.
- TASTE: A balance of fruit, florals and spicy flavors. Earthy tones with a touch of clove, mint and bay leaf. Clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is light and tempers the agave without masking it.
