Excellent pisco
This is my favorite pisco to sip on. With beautiful floral notes on the nose and a complex yet balanced taste on your palette. Notes of pepper, citrus and pear makes this a a very well rounded flavor experience. Highly recommended

GREAT PERUVIAN PISCO
This is a great spirit from Peru, I highly recommend Caravedo to make Chilcanos.
Ingredients.
2 1/2 oz. Pisco
1/2 lime
1/2 oz. simple syrup (optional)
ice
4 oz. ginger ale
2 drops Angostura Bitters
lime round for garnish
CLASSIC CHILCANO PREPARATION
Mix the Pisco and juice of 1/2 a lime in a tall glass, add simple syrup if desired. Add 4 or more cubes of ice, and top off with ginger ale. Add 2 drops Angostura bitter, stir, and garnish with a lime round.

I got a bottle of this at the Hacienda la Caravedo. I have tried them all and this is my favorite.
