Plantation Pineapple Infused Original Dark Rum 750ml

Plantation's Pineapple Infused Dark Rum is a brilliant and savory sipper with unbelievably tasty hints of pineapple and molasses. The aroma of pineapple hits strong as the top note, followed by a full bodied rum coming in underneath peppered with hints of vanilla, oak, and sugarcane. The best part of this rum, however, is that the pineapple taste sits perfectly in the flavor profile with the rest of the palette. Not too strong, not to subtle, not to sweet, but exactly where it should to be tasteful and prominent without stealing the show. This isn't a rum flavored with pineapple post distillation with artificial sweetener, this is the real deal. I enjoyed my bottle two fingers at a time, often with an ice cube or two to chill and cut it just a tiny bit. While I think this rum would make an unbelievable cocktail, I couldn't help but think it stands just as tall on it's own!
